Our 4 week Pregnancy Yoga course option is ideal if you have been considering Pregnancy Yoga for a while & want to give it a whirl!
- Tuesday 7-8pm
- Place: Classes are streamed live from THE STUDIO @Centred Soul, to you, in the comfort of your own home.
- Classes MUST be booked at the latest 12 hours before class begin.
- You MUST complete a registration form to attend, if you have not attended before.
-This class will create time out for YOU to relax. Yoga will help ease aches and pains that can arise in pregnancy.
-We will teach breath work & mindfulness that you can take into labour and birth, as well as yoga positions that can be used to support you in labour & birth.
ADDITIONAL SUPPORT ONLY INCLUDED IN 4 WEEK OPTION:
-You will have access to an online FB community group, specifically for women in pregnancy, who have attended Centred Soul. (Please note this is not available when you book a DROP IN class)

Classes are taught by Rosemary, Founder of CS, who is also a registered Doula, Pregnancy Reflexologist and Massage Therapist, previous Social Worker and a Mother with lived experience of Perinatal (Antenatal and Postnatal) Depression.

Centred Soul is an established safe space for those in pregnancy, with a particular focus on supporting you with Perinatal mental health changes, birth choice, birth rights and supporting you in your decisions throughout pregnancy.
